Every Mac comes with GarageBand pre-installed. If you don’t plan to use GarageBand, you can easily uninstall it, but you will still have the GarageBand Sound Library taking up gigabytes of space on your Mac. To reclaim this space, you’ll need to uninstall the GarageBand Sound Library as well.
